Do you price match on kitchens and bedrooms you supply?

As a rule, all our kitchens and bedrooms are manufactured to request so it is not as easy as saying “I’ve received a cheaper quote elsewhere.” A Ford and a Ferrari for example, both do the same job with a very different price bracket. What we can promise, is to match or beat any like-for-like quote based on a manufacturer who produces kitchens/bedrooms to the same specification as ours. Not sure how we compare? How long will my kitchen/bedroom take to arrive?

Once ordered, the lead time for production depends on the range and colour selected. Bespoke “James Gardiner” projects carry a lead time or 8-10 weeks upon finalised design, all stock Gardiner of England projects can be turned around within 3 weeks and paint to order projects carry a lead time of around 6 weeks. We always advise to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive, a rush job only leads to issues down the line. If you are on a tight schedule, please contact our sales team to discuss your options.
How will my kitchen/bedroom be delivered?

We endeavour to only deliver your project on our own fleet of transport. As a rule, this will be a one man delivery and we would arrange for your fitter (either provided by Gardiner of England or of your own choosing) to be available at the time of delivery to assist with a lift of heavy, large items and also to check receipt of all goods listed on the delivery note. On the rare occasion that we will outsource your delivery, we will only use trusted delivery partners to the kitchen industry.
I’ve made a mistake on my kitchen/bedroom order, what do I do?"

If you have changed your mind or something changes on your plan, please alert us as soon as you become aware of this issue. If production of the order has already started we can arrange for the items requiring amendment to be produced at the end of the line thus avoiding potential delay. If your order has not yet entered the production then we can usually make amendments to your order free of charge.
Can I buy units without doors?

Yes, if you wish to buy as cabinet only then we can certainly facilitate this and produce our cabinets in a number of colours and textured finishes with linen being particularly popular right now!
Can I buy doors only?

Yes, you can order doors from any of our advertised ranges in any available colours, we will professionally pack these and deliver to your door, site or joiner to attach.
