Working within the contracts department often presents unique challenges, as we operate within strict criteria, tight deadlines, and well-defined budgets. However, these constraints don't limit our creativity or commitment to delivering top-tier kitchens; instead, they motivate us to find innovative solutions that meet both client expectations and industry standards. Our deep expertise in builder regulations and construction standards allows us to design kitchens that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also fully compliant with all necessary regulations—ensuring that every project is completed to the highest level of quality and functionality.

On this specific project, we were tasked with designing and fitting kitchens for a development of four homes. With clear parameters and budgetary limits in place, we knew that balancing style, durability, and functionality would be key. To meet these demands, we selected our 22mm Milano door for its clean, contemporary lines and robust construction. The door's integrated J pull handle adds a sleek, minimalist touch, eliminating the need for additional hardware while maintaining a modern, streamlined appearance. This choice not only contributed to the clean look the client desired but also provided a durable and functional solution for everyday use.

Each of the four kitchens was fitted with fully integrated appliances, ensuring a seamless and cohesive look across all spaces. By concealing the appliances behind cabinetry, we were able to enhance the overall design, maintaining a clutter-free, minimalist aesthetic that homeowners would appreciate. These integrated appliances also maximised the usable space, making each kitchen highly practical without sacrificing style.

To complement the cabinetry, we opted for durable 38mm laminate worktops, which offer both resilience and visual appeal. These worktops are designed to withstand the demands of daily kitchen use, providing a cost-effective solution that doesn't compromise on appearance or quality. Additionally, we incorporated a breakfast bar seating area into each kitchen's layout. This feature serves as a multifunctional space, perfect for casual dining, entertaining, or simply adding extra countertop space for meal prep and socialising. The breakfast bar enhances the functionality of the kitchen, making it a versatile space that meets modern living needs.
